12 oz fresh baby spinach
2 pints strawberries, sliced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 Tbs minced onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbs poppy seeds
Pulse sugar, vinegar, onion, Worcestershire, and salt in bender until smooth. Slowly add oil until smooth. Mix in seeds. Chill 24 hours.
Combine spinach with strawberries in large bowl. Toss with 1/2 cup dressing just before serving.
Add toppings if desired.
